Jewellery Guarantee

All of our Jewellery is crafted by experts to impeccable standards. That's why we offer a 12 Month Guarantee against manufacturing defects on all of our Jewellery.

This guarantee does not cover damage through wear and tear or misuse. This may include but is not limited to: Damaged settings, damaged or missing stones, dents, scratches & cracks in metal, unless these have been caused by a manufacturing defect.

If you are claiming under the guarantee, items must be returned to us for a full inspection. We will carefully examine the goods and decide whether the item falls under this guarantee. If the item does not show signs of a manufacturing defect then we will either return the item to you or offer you a quote to repair your item.
