Your gift card will arrive in a special presentation box, with Next Day delivery and a choice of Gift Wrapping options, ready to give as a special treat.

No plastic here! Our gift cards are printed on heavy card stock, so they still feel luxurious, but have the benefit of being 100% recyclable, including the box!

If you are looking for a gift card for a different amount than the ones shown, you can increase the quantity when you order and it will automatically be added to a single card. For example, if you order 2 x £100 Gift Cards, you will receive a single card with a £200 balance.

Delivery

We offer Free Delivery on every purchase from our website.

Every order will be delivered to you in unmarked packaging. Inside you will find your purchase in a Hester Clarke presentation box, beautifully gift wrapped if you choose and ready to give, or as a special treat for yourself!

All orders over £50 will be sent to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature will be required when you accept the goods, and we will use this as proof of delivery. If you are unavailable when your order is being delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect your parcel from your nearest sorting office.
All orders under £50 will be posted by Royal Mail First Class.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day returns policy on all orders, except custom or personalised orders. Please check your purchase thoroughly immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is not the one you ordered or has been damaged in transit in any way. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We ask that any goods you return to us be sent by Special Delivery, with a level of insurance appropriate to the value of the goods. Please ensure that goods are in the condition supplied and include all original packaging.

All Earrings sold are delivered to you in a Heat Sealed packet. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept return of any Earrings where the seal is broken, and we are under no obligation to refund or exchange the items unless the item has a proven fault. This also applies to Earrings returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We are happy to accept Earrings for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations provided this seal is intact.

Guarantee
All of our Jewellery is designed and crafted to impeccable standards. That's why we offer a 12 Month Guarantee against manufacturing defects on all of our Jewellery.

This guarantee does not cover damage through wear and tear or misuse. This may include but is not limited to: Damaged settings, damaged or missing stones, dents, scratches & cracks in metal, unless these have been caused by a manufacturing defect.

If you are claiming under the guarantee, items must be returned to us for a full inspection. We will carefully examine the goods and decide whether the item falls under this guarantee. If the item does not show signs of a manufacturing defect then we will either return the item to you or offer you a quote to repair your item.

Every piece of Jewellery we sell is Hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act of 1973, which guarantees that the piece conforms to all legal standards of Purity & Fineness.
