You can return your Jewellery for any reason and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund, provided the goods are returned in an unworn condition. All Earrings sold are delivered to you in a heat-sealed pouch, we are happy to accept return of any Earrings where this seal remains intact.

If the item does not show signs of a manufacturing defect then we will either return the item to you or offer you a quote to repair your item.
