Trade Description Act

We endeavour to show the correct descriptions, dimensions and sizes for each product. There may however be slight variances in the item you receive to the product represented in any product photograph displayed on our site, due to limitations in accurate colour reproduction in our photography.

There may also be slight variations in the item you receive to the product pictured on the site. We do however strive to supply each item as close to the product pictured as possible.

Sizing

The sizes and/or lengths of each item (if applicable) are listed on the product description of each piece. Please note that all sizes listed on this website are approximate.

If you would like a piece made to alternative measurements, please contact us with your requirements before you place your order. Any alterations made after the piece has been dispatched will incur additional charges and/or postage.

Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and confirmation of the price payable.

No contract will exist between you and Hester Clarke until we have accepted your order with confirmation that your product has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and prices payable for goods ordered are clearly set out on our site.

Delivery and Returns

Please check your purchase thoroughly immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is not the one you ordered or has been damaged in transit in any way. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have fourteen calendar days upon receipt of any goods ordered to cancel your order, and then return the goods to us for a refund. We reserve the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to reduce the amount refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.

If you are returning under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We ask that any goods you return to us be sent by Special Delivery, with a level of insurance appropriate to the value of the goods. Please ensure that goods are in the condition supplied and include all original packaging.

All Earrings sold are delivered to you in a Heat Sealed packet. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept return of any Earrings where the seal is broken, and we are under no obligation to refund or exchange the items unless the item has a proven fault. This also applies to Earrings returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We are happy to accept Earrings for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations provided this seal is intact.
