Returns Policy

Please check your purchase thoroughly immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is not the one you ordered or has been damaged in transit in any way. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have fourteen calender days upon receipt of any goods ordered to cancel your order, and then return the goods to us for a refund. We reserve the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to reduce the amount refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.

If you are returning under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We ask that any goods you return to us be sent by Special Delivery, with a level of insurance appropriate to the value of the goods. Please ensure that goods are in the condition supplied and include all original packaging.

All Earrings sold are delivered to you in a Heat Sealed packet. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept return of any Earrings where the seal is broken, and we are under no obligation to refund or exchange the items unless the item has a proven fault. This also applies to Earrings returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We are happy to accept Earrings for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations provided this seal is intact.
